Terms of service

1. Scope and provider

These Terms of Service apply to all contracts concluded via sensito.pro between Uygar Altin, trading as Sensito, Auchtertstraße 6, 73278 Schlierbach, Germany ("Sensito", "we") and our customers ("you"). Sensito is offered to private individuals worldwide. The contract language is English.

Sensito is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by Riot Games or any other game publisher.

2. Our service

Sensito analyses screenshots of your gameplay together with your in-game sensitivity and mouse DPI using artificial intelligence, and gives you a report with recommendations for your settings. The recommendations are suggestions only. We do not guarantee any particular improvement in your performance.

3. Products

We offer the following products. Each is a one-time purchase, not a subscription, and does not renew automatically.

• Sens Report: one analysis with the full report and two alternative settings.
• Sens Lock: one analysis plus one re-check per week for 3 months from the date of purchase, a history of your values and an automatic notice when your form drops or you start to overshoot.
• Pro Setup: everything included in Sens Lock, plus one 1:1 coaching session as described in section 8.

The content and price of each product are shown on our website at the time of your order.

4. Account

You must be at least 16 years old to use Sensito. Your account is personal and may only be used by you; sharing an account with other people is not permitted. Keep your login details secret and inform us immediately if you suspect misuse.

5. Conclusion of contract and payment

You buy a product via the checkout on our website. Payments are processed by Whop, Inc. By clicking the order button, you submit a binding offer; the contract is concluded when we confirm your order by email or activate your product.

The price shown at the time of your order applies. In accordance with Section 19 of the German VAT Act (UStG), we do not charge VAT. The price is paid once, in advance, at checkout. Later price changes do not affect products you have already bought.

6. Term

Sens Report ends once your analysis has been delivered. Sens Lock and Pro Setup run for 3 months from the date of purchase and end automatically; you do not need to cancel them. When a product ends, any analyses or re-checks you have not used lapse.

The right of both parties to terminate for good cause remains unaffected.

7. Analyses and re-checks

An analysis or re-check counts as used as soon as it is started.

With Sens Lock and Pro Setup, you can run one re-check per week. A week is a period of 7 days, counted from the date of purchase. Unused re-checks lapse at the end of each week and do not carry over.

If an analysis fails due to a technical error on our side, we will credit it back to you, provided you can prove the error, for example with a screenshot of the error message. Please report failed analyses to support@sensito.pro within 14 days.

8. Coaching session (Pro Setup)

Pro Setup includes one 1:1 session of 30 to 45 minutes with a player ranked Immortal or Radiant in Valorant. In the session, you go through your report together, test the recommended settings live, and set up your crosshair, DPI and other settings.

After your purchase, we contact you by email and arrange a date for the session with you. If an agreed date does not work out, we arrange a new one.

The coaching is advice on settings and play. We do not guarantee any particular rank or performance.

9. Re-analysis guarantee

If the recommended sensitivity does not suit you, you can request a free re-analysis.

• Guarantor: Uygar Altin, trading as Sensito, Auchtertstraße 6, 73278 Schlierbach, Germany, support@sensito.pro.
• Covered: every analysis in Sens Report, Sens Lock and Pro Setup.
• What you get: a re-analysis, free of charge, which a coach ranked Immortal or Radiant reviews. The guarantee does not include a refund.
• Conditions: you have played at least 1 ranked match or 2 deathmatches with the recommended sensitivity.
• Duration: you can request the re-analysis within 5 days after the analysis was completed.
• How to request it: open a ticket on our Discord server and give your Sensito ID. You find your Sensito ID in your account.
• Territory: the guarantee applies worldwide.

In addition to this guarantee, you have statutory rights against us if our service is defective. Using these rights is free of charge for you, and this guarantee does not restrict them.

We also send you these guarantee terms by email with your order confirmation.

10. Your obligations

You may only upload screenshots of your own gameplay to which you hold the rights. You must not:

• manipulate or misuse the service, its limits or the analysis
• share your account with others
• access the service by automated means or attempt to circumvent technical protections
• reverse engineer, copy or resell the service or its results

11. Suspension and termination by us

We may suspend or terminate your account with immediate effect for good cause, in particular in the event of:

• misuse or manipulation of the service
• account sharing
• chargebacks or payment fraud

In these cases, there is no entitlement to a refund.

12. Right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer, you have a statutory right of withdrawal.

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Uygar Altin, trading as Sensito, Auchtertstraße 6, 73278 Schlierbach, Germany, email: support@sensito.pro) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

If you requested to begin the performance of services during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us an amount which is in proportion to what has been provided until you have communicated to us your withdrawal from this contract, in comparison with the full coverage of the contract.

Early expiry of the right of withdrawal

At checkout, you can request that we start providing the service immediately, so that you can run an analysis straight away. Your right of withdrawal expires early if you have expressly agreed that we begin performance before the end of the withdrawal period and have acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal once the contract has been fully performed. For Sens Report, this is the case once your analysis has been delivered.

13. Availability

We aim to keep Sensito available at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, technical problems or disruptions at third-party providers (e.g. our hosting or AI provider) may cause temporary outages.

14. Liability

We are liable without limitation for damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, and under the German Product Liability Act.

In the case of slight negligence, we are only liable for breaches of essential contractual obligations, i.e. obligations whose fulfilment makes proper performance of the contract possible in the first place and on whose fulfilment you may regularly rely. In this case, our liability is limited to the foreseeable damage typical for this type of contract.

15. Changes to these Terms

The Terms valid at the time of your order apply to your purchase. We may amend these Terms for future orders if there is a valid reason, such as a change in the law or in our service. Products you have already bought keep their content and price.

16. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. If you are a consumer, this choice of law does not deprive you of the protection afforded by mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which you have your habitual residence.

17. Dispute resolution

We are neither willing nor obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

18. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is or becomes invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected.
